How the Website Works:
The website will be a typical freelance job outsourcing platform where both buyer and freelancer can meet, communicate for a best deal, at a cost of commission to the site. All typical functions & features are required. Besides, specific customization, as described below, is expected.

Three parties:

• Service buyer (buyer).
• Service provider - freelancer (seller).
• The Website (facilitator).

1 : Both seller and buyer sign up (free - if payable can enable by site owner).
2 : Both seller and buyer sign in to do routines (view, search, bid, post, chat, PM...etc).
3 : Buyer awards a seller, and the seller confirm.
4 : Buyer then makes payment by two options

4.1 Option 1: Deposit
Buyer sends **% of agreed amount to the site as deposit (afterwards buyer directly pay the rest **% to the seller, immediately, or upon the service begins)

4.2 Option 2: Escrow
Buyer sends 100% of agreed amount to the site in first place.

5 : The site sends contact info of both sides to each other.
6 : Service done

6.1 Option 1: Deposit
If buyer happy, both sides sign in to write review and do rating to each other.

If buyer not happy, **% of deposit will return, and the seller will be required to pay **% compensation.

(Seller's account will be suspended immediately and the IP not allowed to sign up under another name. Upon the compensation is made, seller's account reopens. If the seller failed to do so in ** months, the account will be deleted and the IP blocked permanently.)

6.2 Option 2: Escrow
If buyer happy, seller gets **% funds after deducing fixed **% commission plus **% escrow fee, and both sides sign in to write review and do rating to each other.

If buyer not happy, the site as arbitrator decides 0-100% goes to both sides, charge **% escrow fee upon the buyer, and **% (**% escrow fee plus **% compensation fee) upon the seller.

• The site can shift conveniently among a few modes: all info to be monitored, partial to be monitored, none to be monitored.

• Keep both buyers and sellers informed of their own on-going project bidding.
• Buyers can be notified when there comes new sellers of their choice set with a few terms.
• Sellers can be notified when there comes new projects. Ideally the admin can choose if send the sellers all new projects, or only projects in line with their setting on expertise.
• Buyers/sellers can be notified if there come response to their posts, or if there comes new messages with their chosen threads on the forum.
• Unlimited number of buyer/seller, categories and sub-categories.

13. Flexible commission rates and all fees settings

• NAdmin can easily edit commission rates and the other fees, percentage figures.
• When the agreed amount of project value is less than US$***(editable), all fees will be fixed to a flat amount.
